SUPERMARKET CHECKOUT CHICKS

You know what pisses me off... SUPERMARKET CHECKOUT CHICKS OR BOYS THAT DON’T KNOW HOW TO PACK GROCERIES. When you start working at a supermarket besides the boring paperwork the first thing they teach you is how to pack the groceries. It completely baffles me that many checkout chicks or boys continue to pack the groceries incorrectly even when the customer places the products in separate piles. You may think this is just whinging, like when they place the bread in the same bag as a bottle of soft drink and the bread gets squashed but it’s when they place rat poison in the same bag as fresh meat products that the issues arise. This is dangerous and stupid. It’s not hard to place the products in separate bags and there is no excuse to make such stupid mistakes.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

You know what pisses me off... RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hate it when you go into a shop to choose your product or item and when you walk up to the counter, the cashier is on the phone. It pisses me off when they haven’t got the decency to put the person on hold or at least acknowledge you. It only takes 5 seconds out of their time. It’s rude and disrespectful. They continue to chat on the phone, take the money and then just slap the change down on the counter even when the customer puts their hand out. No thanks for your purchase or have a nice day, nothing. I understand some customers can be just as bad if not worse but there is no need to treat every customer this way.
